New Comic viewer!
Oh hai thar guys! I have a gift for all of you. It is a brand new nice way to read comics...

Go check it out at http://www.tylersaurous.com/comics.php

It organizes them by the story and then you just select the page you want to look at and kerblam-o that page is displayed. I think it is pretty fast and cool. I have only tested it in Safari and Firefox, so let me know if you have any problems with it. I just realized that this does not have buttons for "Next Page" and "Previous Page" these are pretty nice buttons to have so I will add those.

(If any comic people are interested in using this let me know, it makes adding pages super easy. You just drop the page into the correct folder and blam everything is updated. It also automatically reads all the pages you have and all the directories you have for comics (Nice and organ-na-zized).

I'm using Firefox but let me check it in Explorer for a sec...
Okay. Well, seems it works fine in both Firefox AND Internet Explorer.

Neato! I sort of found your journal through a random-walk/MCMC process, but your comics are charming and the comics reader is swell. Hope you don't mind if I subscribe to your lj?

That would be super awesome! Did you seriously find my site using Markov chains?? Or where you referring to your own internal mental algorithm that randomly led you here? Pleased to meet you it is always cool to meet another scientist/artist... granted you are a real scientist and I am just a computer scientist.

Ha, not strictly speaking*. (there is, however, Garkov). Anyhows, computer science is totally science, just with more lucrative employability than the rest of us jerks. :)

*Consider a browser window with four tabs open, each one of which is undergoing a series of "random" link-clicking steps towards optimal entertainment, with frequent mixing between tabs. The posterior distribution of amusement is considered adequately sampled when a global optimum is reached and the suboptimal tabs are closed. < /nerd>
